Sponsor a Day Camper today!

Do you remember the days of summer camp, Vacation Bible School, and all the fun things we learned as kids? I sure do. I also remember that when ARM first stated 25 years ago, that is what we missed. As the home repair side of ARM grew, what we noticed were kids that had no place to go where they could have an enriching summer. Parents worked and were on such limited incomes, camps were not a possible reality. That is why SonShine Kids came to be! Twenty five years later, we are still providing outlets for children where the Bible comes to life and they learn some amazing skills and life lessons!

With this, I hope you will sponsor a child this summer!

If you choose to sponsor a child, you will receive a picture and a special letter from one of the day camp kids, like Cortez, letting you know what is happening at camp and how thankful they are for you! At the end of the summer, you’ll get the link to a special video they put together just for you!

Sponsorship is a wonderful way for individuals, groups, and churches to make a positive impact in the lives of children right here in Alabama. Groups within churches, like Men’s and Women’s groups, Sunday School classes, and youth groups, can sponsor a child together.

Furthermore, you can use special holidays like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or a birthday to sponsor a child on behalf of someone else. (I do this for my mom each year). We will send your honoree a special card too!

Here are the sponsor options:

- Sponsor one week of camp at $45

- Sponsor multiple weeks of camp at $45 increments

- Sponsor all summer for $360

- You can also make a general donation

Whatever you choose, you will make a huge impact!
