Alabama Rural Ministry has been blessed to serve with incredible people like Ms. Walker. Full of fire and spirit, she is a 90 year old living in Auburn who loves to bless others with her delicious pinto bean flour cakes. Unfortunately, Ms. Walker's roof was hit by gunfire and started leaking which then damaged her ceilings. Many other seniors like Ms. Walker, along with low-income neighbors and veterans across Lee and Macon Counties, live with the daily struggles of substandard housing. Together, we can make homes warm, safe, and dry and extend Christ's love with Ms. Walker and so many others!
